Track performance at market and door level, diagnose issues quickly, and build action plans that move the numbersSupport and execute commercial discussions across assortment, launch plans, promotional calendars, and growth opportunitiesBuild strong working relationships with Sephora buying, category, and retail teams across marketsEnsure strong brand presence and execution across all Sephora touchpoints, both in store and online, working closely with in store teams on merchandising and customer experienceManage forecasting and sell through planning to ensure optimal stock levels and operational efficiencyWork cross functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to deliv
