You Will Primarily Be Responsible For
- Supporting the team in legal advice on review and negotiation of contracts with customers and suppliers, in particular ICT related.
- Keeping regular updates on legal framework evolution, particularly on information technology and data
- Conducting legal research and drafting legal opinions, with a focus on Information Technology Law
- Assisting with general legal advice across all business areas and institutional functions

Your Profile
- Degree in Law
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Strong knowledge of Civil Law, with a focus on ICT Law, Commercial Law and digital/technology-related legal frameworks
- Solid understanding of legal issues related to new technologies (including artificial intelligence, data protection and digital regulation)
- Previous experience, even short, in contract drafting,



review and negotiation (e.g. within law firms, in-house legal teams or legal clinics)
- Basic knowledge of financial markets is a plus
- Strong team working attitude
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact with non-legal stakeholders
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
