Social Media & Community Manager – Personal Brand

Eyr Holistic, a fast-growing Nordic ecommerce group in natural wellness and beauty, home to Frøya Organics, Norse Organics, Primal Viking and Arctic Goddess, is looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to build and grow a personal brand on Instagram and Facebook. The content will focus on holistic health, fitness, mindset, and topics connected to Primal Viking and Norse Organics.

Responsibilities
Create and publish daily content for Instagram and Facebook, including reels, carousels, posts, and stories.
Research the target audience, their interests, and pain points.
Research trends, viral formats, audios, and content opportunities.
Adapt successful content from Primal Viking and Norse Organics to the brand's own voice and personality.
Write captions and video scripts in English.
Edit videos using footage provided by the founder.
Guide the founder on the type of footage and content needed for future recordings.
Schedule and publish content.
Reply to comments and DMs, and engage with relevant accounts.




Review performance and adjust the content strategy based on results.
Learn and understand the personal brand, Primal Viking, Norse Organics, and their audiences.

Requirements
Previous experience managing Instagram and Facebook accounts.
Strong written and spoken English.
Experience creating and editing short-form content.
Good social media judgment, including trends, timing, hooks, and formats.
Experience with CapCut, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Notion, and VPNs.
Comfortable using ChatGPT or other AI tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and community management.
Ability to organize content and work independently.
Proactive mindset and strong initiative.
Comfortable building and growing new accounts from zero.

Nice to Have
Experience creating content for male audiences.
Interest in holistic health, fitness, or mindset.
Overlap of at least a few hours with Argentina time zone, and a reliable internet connect
