About the Role
JMC Aviation is recruiting Electrical Fitters to support the AW139 and AW189 production line in Vergiate, Italy. This role involves installing missing parts as they arrive and working on high-quality rotary-wing aircraft in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, install and wire electrical and electromechanical components, harnesses and looms on AW helicopter structures.
- Install multi-core, single-core and coaxial cables, along with electrical systems including junction boxes, fuse panels, transformers, consoles and switches.
- Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams, engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Carry out electrical installation, testing and fault finding in line with manufacturing procedures.
- Certify completed work in accordance with company quality standards and product certification requirements.
- Ensure all tasks are completed safely, efficiently and within allocated production timescales.
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations and company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with production, engineering and quality teams to support aircraft delivery schedules.
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- Experience in electrical fitting or assembly work
- Ability to work extended shifts as required
- Italian or English language skills
- Right to work in the EU
Desirable:
- Previous experience on Helicopters AW lines preferred
- Helicopter or aerospace electrical installation experience
- Attention to detail and ability to work to high standards
