- are responsible for all general technical minor repairs, structural repairs and necessary maintenance measures
- check regularly the technical facilities of the hotel
- coordinate all external facility management service providers
- carry out painting and silicone work throughout the hotel
- work closely with the corporate office in Munich and coordinate with the housekeeping team
- supervise all regular maintenance
