Role Summary
We’re hiring a Paid Creator Manager to own the end-to-end paid creator process — from sourcing and outreach to negotiation, contracting, content review, delivery, and performance feedback.

This person will build and manage a strong pipeline of reliable creators who align with each brand’s goals, content style, and paid media needs. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, confident in creator communication and negotiation, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple creator partnerships and deliverables at once.

Responsibilities

Creator Sourcing & List Building
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified paid creators across social platforms, creator marketplaces,



community channels, referrals, and past campaigns.
Identify creators based on brand fit, audience, content style, engagement quality, product category, and campaign goals.
Evaluate and organize creators by niche, content format, pricing, past performance, product fit, and paid media/ads boost potential.
Keep the creator database up to date with new prospects, campaign results, and performance insights.
Partner with the Community Manager to identify and develop potential paid creator opportunities from the broader creator community.

Creator Outreach & Recruitment
Own end-to-end outreach and recruitment for paid creator partnerships.
Present clear collaboration opportunities, including campaign goals, deliverables, timelines, and compensation.
Evaluate creators based on interest, availability, pricing, and overall campaign fit.
Manage follow-ups and creator communication to drive strong response rat
