Voice AI Solutions Architect – Healthcare

About the Role

We are looking for an Voice AI Solutions Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of next-generation Voice AI solutions for the healthcare industry.
In this customer-facing role, you'll work closely with enterprise healthcare organizations and strategic partners to design scalable Voice AI architectures, conversational workflows, telephony integrations, and healthcare system integrations. You'll bridge business needs with technical execution, helping deliver production-ready AI solutions that improve patient engagement and healthcare operations.

Responsibilities
Design end-to-end Voice AI architectures for enterprise healthcare solutions.
Create conversational workflows, call routing logic, escalation strategies, and AI-driven customer experiences.
Architect integrations with telephony platforms, EHR systems, CRMs, and healthcare applications.
Lead customer discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and technical solution design.




Translate business requirements into scalable AI workflows and implementation plans.
Define architecture standards, integration patterns, and reusable solution frameworks.
Guide engineering teams during implementation, deployment, and production rollout.
Establish proof-of-concepts (POCs), pilot success metrics, and deployment strategies.
Analyze production call data and AI performance to continuously optimize workflows and automation.
Act as a trusted technical advisor for customers, partners, and internal teams.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
Solution Architecture
Voice/IVR Systems
Contact Center Technologies
Conversational AI or AI/ML solutions
Hands-on experience with telephony platforms.
Experience designing API-driven integrations and workflow-based systems.
Strong understanding of:
Voice AI architectures (Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, LLM orchestration)
IVR and conversational flow design
Event-driven
