About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Solutions Engineer who is best in class with a high IQ plus a high EQ.

As a Solutions Engineer, you are the technical owner of the merchant relationship from first sales conversation through live integration and beyond. You will focus on our enterprise and strategic merchants: the national retailers and high-volume brands running custom, hand-built integrations across web, mobile app, and in-store. These are our most complex merchants and our largest revenue drivers, and they do not come with an off-the-shelf plugin.
You will partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope what a merchant needs, design the integration that gets them there, and stay with them once they are live. You own the technical side of pre-sales: demos, architecture discussions, RFP responses, and solution proposals. When a merchant needs something custom, you define the requireme
