The company's core competencies include the development and manufacture of complex mechanisms and body hardware, suspension systems and body structural components, and the design, engineering, and development of lightweight composite automotive systems. /ppMultimatic's IT group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support systems managing employee data, including Workday, integrations, and SAP Employee Master. The role requires strong technical expertise in Workday configuration, integrations, reporting, and cross-system data integrity. /ph3Scope of Position /h3pAs part of the Enterprise IT team, the Business Systems Analyst (Workday Employee Systems) is responsible for supporting, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise-wide HR systems and technologies. The role supports the integrity, integration, and reliability of Workday and connected employee data systems, including SAP Employee Master and related enterprise platforms. /ppThis position acts as a second- and third-line support resource for the user community and works with Corporate HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, SaaS providers, and other business stakeholders. The role supports Workday system architecture and design, Workday HCM and SAP ERP integration, testing, documentation, system enhancement delivery, and ongoing technology-focused improvements. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliConfigure and maintain Workday modules, business processes, security, and related configuration workbooks. /liliDevelop and support advanced Workday reports, dashboards, data validation outputs, and operational reporting requirements. /liliBuild, troubleshoot, and support integrations between Workday, SAP Employee Master, and other enterprise systems.



/liliEnsure employee data alignment and integrity between Workday, SAP Employee Master, and downstream consuming systems. /liliManage day-to-day HR IT system operations and provide ongoing second- and third-line support to HR and IT stakeholders. /liliTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues, integration errors, configuration defects, and user access issues. /liliLead or support the implementation of HR system enhancements, releases, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliOversee recurring Workday releases and updates, ensuring changes are reviewed, tested, documented, and accurately applied. /liliTranslate business requirements into technical solutions, configuration designs, reports, integration changes, test scripts, and support documentation. /liliDesign, prepare, and maintain technical specifications, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training documentation, and support procedures. /liliResearch, analyze, and recommend new HR technology capabilities that improve system use, support business processes, and address business gaps. /liliSupport HR technology communication, training, change management, and knowledge sharing with HR and IT partners. /liliManage vendor service delivery and SLAs for HRIS SaaS providers as required. /liliAdopt and practice Kaizen principles and participate in Gear activities. /liliProvide leadership, direction, and hands‑on support to investigate and resolve issues identified by divisions or business partners.



/liliParticipate in monthly and yearly weekend system maintenance as required. /liliPerform other duties as deemed necessary by the Business Solutions Manager. /li /ulh3Basic Requirements /h3ulliUniversity degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience. /lili5+ years of hands‑on experience configuring, supporting, and enhancing Workday HCM. /liliExperience with Workday business processes, configuration, security, reporting, and data management. /liliExperience supporting HR systems and employee data, including confidentiality and sensitive information handling. /liliFamiliarity with SAP Employee Master data and cross‑system employee data alignment. /liliUnderstanding of integration technologies such as APIs, middleware, EIB, Workday Studio, or similar integration tools. /liliStrong analytical, reporting, data validation, and problem‑solving skills. /liliKnowledge of business process design, mapping, testing, documentation, and support procedures. /liliStrong communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills for technical and non‑technical audiences. /liliAbility to collaborate with all levels of employees in a multicultural environment. /liliExcellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliWorkday Studio and EIB experience. /liliSAP S/4HANA HR, SAP Employee Master, or SuccessFactors exposure. /liliSQL, advanced reporting tools, or data visualization experience. /liliExperience with help desk systems such as Jira or ServiceNow. /liliExposure to project management, agile, lean, and continuous improvement practices. /liliExperience in a manufacturing or global enterprise environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
