ppWe are looking for bNetwork Technicians /b to provide onsite IT and network support services for a leading international retail client across various customer locations. /ppThis is a bfreelance, on-demand opportunity /b, with assignments allocated based on your geographic location and availability. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide onsite IT and network support at customer locations. /liliDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity issues. /liliInstall, configure, and replace routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and other IT equipment. /liliPerform hardware upgrades, maintenance, and break/fix support. /liliComplete service reports and update support tickets after each onsite intervention. /liliCollaborate with remote support teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMinimum b2 years /b of experience in onsite IT support or network support. /liliStrong knowledge of bLAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN /b.
