The position is classified at level 7 or above, depending on the candidate’s skills, competences and experience. /ph3Key job responsibilities /h3pThe Data Center Operations Site HR Partner in our Builder Experience Team (BeXT) focuses on the Builder experience. In this role, you will collaborate with Data Center Operations leaders, HRBPs, and partner teams to innovate, implement, and deploy HR strategies from talent and performance management, compensation, employee relations and other HR functions across the cluster of Data Centers you support. This role also has a special focus on leveraging Builder listening mechanisms to proactively monitor and analyze Builder sentiment trends, and provide regular sentiment updates and recommended actions to site leadership and HR Business Partners. To thrive, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to manage multiple scenarios utilizing HR expertise, consulting skills, and influence. You will also need to connect sentiment trends and other HR data to the bigger picture goals of the operation, while diving deep into the details, collaborating and consulting across teams. /ph3A day in the life /h3ulliProactively leverage Builder sentiment data to advocate for Builders’ needs so they feel fully engaged in the work they do and valued for who they are. /liliPartner with leaders at multiple levels of the organization to develop proactive strategies and goals focused on the Builder experience. /liliActively engage with Builders by conducting weekly Gemba Go See (GGS) walks. /liliPartner with cross-functional teams such as HRBPs, Employee Relations, and Labor Relations to align on Builder engagement actions. /liliApply your knowledge of HR fundamentals to problem solve and influence in diverse populations /liliWork in a fast-paced and complex changing environment driven by continuous innovation /liliConsult, coach, and develop site leadership through decision making with empathy and sound judgement; collaborate and action on talent management processes, people development and performance management, compensation,
