ppMode Search is supporting a luxury women's fashion brand in the search for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Supervisor to join their team in Milan, based at their Via Santo Spirito location.

/p h3The Role /h3 ulliLead by example on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times /liliBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and clienteling initiatives /liliSupport the management team in driving sales performance through effective use of KPIs and selling tools /liliActively engage with customers via in-store styling, follow-up communication, and personalised service /liliMaintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring the space reflects the brand's image and values /liliParticipate in daily operational routines including open/close checklists, back-of-house organisation, and Division of Responsibility (DOR) execution /liliAct as a key support for the Store Manager in coaching, motivating,
