In this role, you will lead and support international projects aimed at developing and implementing advanced production technologies for the efficient manufacturing of high-quality medical devices and pharmaceutical products. You will play a key role in driving innovation, optimizing production processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards across global manufacturing sites. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliLeading technical projects from concept through implementation, ensuring performance, quality, cost, and timeline objectives are achieved. /liliManaging project planning, budgeting, CAPEX requests, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. /liliConducting feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical evaluations to support strategic decision‑making. /liliIdentifying and implementing process improvements and facility optimization initiatives to enhance operational performance and productivity.



/liliAnalyzing and resolving technical issues throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project execution and operational continuity. /liliEnsuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental regulations. /liliCreating and maintaining project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, validation protocols, and reports. /liliCollaborating and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular project updates and status reports. /liliTraining operational staff and supporting the implementation of new technologies, processes, and manufacturing solutions. /liliActing as a key interface between Development, Manufacturing, and Value Stream organizations. /liliSupporting validation activities and the implementation of new technologies and manufacturing processes. /liliPromoting a strong safety culture and ensuring that all project activities are performed in accordance with established safety standards and procedures. /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3h3Education Experience /h3ulliDegree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Process Engineering, or a related technical discipline. /liliMinimum 5‑8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. /liliProven experience managing engineering or industrialization projects. /liliMinimum 3 years of experience in production technologies and manufacturing processes. /liliExperience within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other highly regulated industries is considered a strong advantage. /liliKnowledge of GMP environments and Lean Manufacturing principles. /li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliStrong understanding of manufacturing technologies and industrial production processes. /liliExperience with project management tools and methodologies. /liliProficiency in AutoCAD 2D (AutoCAD Inventor is a plus). /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. /liliIntermediate English proficiency. /liliSAP knowledge is an advantage. /liliFamiliarity with automation technologies,
