How You'll Make an Impact - Define and execute a global business strategy and roadmap aligned with Lubrizol Life Sciences objectives - Own full profit & loss responsibility, ensuring delivery of revenue and margin targets - Drive global innovation with marketing, technical, and product teams to build a strong commercial pipeline - Lead global pricing strategies and demand forecasting to achieve financial objectives - Leverage market, customer, and competitive intelligence to maintain competitive advantage - Build and strengthen relationships with customers, partners,
