Lead and develop a diverse Data Center Technician team and maintain 24/7 operations




Guide technical professionals in data center operations and on-call rotations; manage escalations
Review ticket queues for large events and deliver mid-size projects
Write, approve, and enforce policies and procedures aligning with industry best practices and SLAs
Maintain on-call schedules and coordinate staffing; conduct performance reviews; participate in hiring processes
Foster a world-class safety culture and own safety initiatives and projects
Contribute xysqume to site-level project work and documentation; troubleshoot and fix complex DC issues
Speak, write, and read English fluently
