We're at the early stages and looking for aFounding AI Engineer – AI Agents: one of the first people on board, with a central role in building the intelligent agent stack that powers our platform.
You'll also mentor a research intern, helping them execute experiments and scale the impact of your work.
What you'll do
Design, implement, and deployAI agents andRAG systemsusing cutting-edge LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, LLaMA, Falcon, Mistral, etc.).
Build, curate, andfine-tune high-quality datasetsfor NLP tasks.
Develop and optimizeNLP pipelines and modelsusing state-of-the?art architectures (BERT, RoBERTa, GPT, T5, LLaMA derivatives, etc.).
Combineoff-the-shelf toolswith custom research to drive0?1 innovation.
Investigate failures, optimize performance, and debug agent behaviors when systems don't perform as expected.
Collaborate directly withfounders and engineersto bring new AI features from idea to production.
Supervise and mentora research intern to ensure progress on experiments and data pipelines.
What we're looking for
Background inComputer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or a related field (PhDor equivalent experience).
Strong hands?on experiencebuilding and deploying AI agents, RAG pipelines, and NLP systems.
Solid understanding ofLLM architectures, embeddings, and fine?tuningmethods.




Experiencecreating and managing datasetsfor NLP and conversational AI.
Familiarity withvector databases(e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) andgraph neural networksis highly valued.
Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, independent, and comfortable shaping product direction.
Willingness to work in afounder?like role, with high autonomy and ownership.
Being a genius is a strong plus.
