and labeling /p /li lipPerform cross-connects and patch panel work /p /li lipTroubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues /p /li lipDocument all work with photos and detailed notes /p /li lipCoordinate with remote NOC and client teams /p /li /ul br/ ul lip2+ years data center or IT infrastructure experience /p /li lipStrong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, single-mode/multi-mode fiber) /p /li lipExperience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro) /p /li lipAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in raised floor environments /p /li lipOwn transportation and ability to work on-site /p /li lipProfessional communication skills in English /p /li lipData center certifications (CDCP, CDCS, or similar) - preferred /p /li lipNetwork certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+) - preferred /p /li lipExperience with DCIM and ticketing systems - preferred /p /li lipFamiliarity with major colocation providers - preferred /p /li lipStandard tools: screwdrivers, cable testers, label makers, fiber inspection equipment /p /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
