/p h3About the role /h3 pThe Administration Specialist will be responsible for executing the activities related to accounting in compliance with DN Corporate policies/procedures, international standards and local regulations.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform the applicable accounting activities related to Accounts Payable (Italian, EU and extra EU), keeping track of company information and data and ensuring compliance with applicable VAT and financial guidelines, procedures and accounting principles.
/li liFocus on booking invoices, checks, reconciliations and end?of?period accruals.
/li liSupport the preparation of the financial statement, applying rules and accounting principles.
/li liProvide support and documentation for auditors.




/li /ul h3Requirement /h3 ul liAt least high school degree in business administration, finance or accounting.
/li liAt least 3 years' experience in AFC department.
/li liGood knowledge of oral and written English.
/li liGood knowledge of Excel.
/li liExperience with SAP is a must.
