/p pAs an Apple Channel Store Advisor, you will showcase your ambitious spirit as you play a key role in supporting the sales, merchandising and operations of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store.
/p pBy building strong relationships with the partner's staff and influencing their advocacy for Apple, you'll help drive product knowledge, brand awareness, and sales success.
/p pThrough your influence, you will grow Apple business in the multi-branded store by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, and training partner staff while ensuring all our merchandising standards are met.
/p pIn this position, your work schedule will be based on business needs and will require you to work 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.

/liliShare your in-depth knowledge on Apple products directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products.
/liliProvide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services.
/liliProactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
/liliLeverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.
/liliEnsure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures,



and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
/liliProvide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and elevate issues for timely and effective resolution.
/liliEducate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.

base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range.
This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role.
The base pay for this role is between €29,600 and €39,400 and reflects a full-time equivalent.
Your base pay will depend on contractual hours, skills, qualifications, experience, location, and any relevant collective bargaining agreement provisions.
/p pApple employees are eligible to participate in the Apple Inc. discretionary stock programs.
Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
