/p h3About The Role /h3 pAs a Process Engineer, you will drive the analysis, optimization, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes.
You will manage plant CAPEX projects and work cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, quality, safety, and cost?effectiveness.
/p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze and monitor production processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement data?driven improvements /li liSupport preventive and extraordinary maintenance planning and ensure adequate spare parts availability /li liCollaborate with HSE on supplier management, documentation, and compliance with safety regulations /li liParticipate in equipment, machinery, and process validation and support troubleshooting of production and quality issues /li liAnalyze technical and production KPIs, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions /li liContribute to maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, including procedures related to safety and environment /li liDefine technical, quality, and production specifications for new investments and manage CAPEX projects from budgeting to commissioning /li /ul h3Your Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical,



or Electrical/Electronic Engineering /li liMinimum 5 years of practical experience ideally in PVC compounding or the chemical industry /li liSolid understanding of manufacturing processes, maintenance, and control systems /li liFamiliarity with PLCs and basic programming logic; knowledge of ISO ***** is a plus /li liStrong analytical and problem?solving skills with a hands?on, shop?floor oriented mindset /li liProficiency in English (spoken and written) and ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels /li liExperience working with ERP/MES systems (preferably SAP) is an advantage /li /ul pWe look forward to receiving your application and inviting you to join our team, where you will agevolazioni from an attractive compensation package with an annual base salary starting at €40K, participation in our Quarterly Incentive Plan (QIP), and daily meal vouchers.
