We are looking for a dedicated professional who shares our core values of Customer passion, Care, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Courage. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree or comparable qualification in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. /li liAt least 3 years of relevant experience in the AIT area of space systems, with focus on mechanical integration activities for satellites or payloads. /li liGood hands‑on knowledge of the system engineering process for space projects and familiarity with AIT flows and documentation. /li liExperience with mechanical assembly, integration and verification activities in clean room environments, including handling of flight hardware. /li liFamiliarity with MGSE/OGSE operations,



mechanical tooling, alignment equipment and instrumentation used during satellite integration and environmental test campaigns (e.g. vibration, thermal‑vacuum). /li liAbility to interpret mechanical drawings, CAD models and assembly documentation. /li liSystem‑oriented thinking and capability to understand the interaction between mechanical, electrical and system elements during integration and testing. /li liCreative thinking applied to engineering and AIT, with a strong problem‑solving mindset during integration activities. /li liAbility to work in a fast‑paced environment, sometimes under tight schedules and clean room constraints. /li liAvailable for business trips, including occasional shift work. /li liCommitment to objectives, willingness to take responsibility through motivation, dedication, initiative, proactivity and autonomy. /li liGrowth potential in terms of adaptability to changing environments and flexibility of mind. /li liFluency in English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liActively involved with the team in the definition of the Satellite and/or payload integration approach. /li liResponsible for the implementation of Satellite and/or Payload integration procedures. /li liCollaborate with AIT Team on the Mechanical Integration of structure of NAOS SM, EM and PFM model.
