You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset. /p pYou will also have the opportunity to become familiar with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and culture of Baker Hughes, as well as our strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. /p h3As an Intern, you will be responsible for: /h3 ul liCompleting internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements /li liLearning internal software to assist with the completion of projects and tasks /li liCollaborating with cross‑functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders /li liApplying Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained /li liAssisting with the day‑to‑day manufacturing operations, which may include monitoring equipment, overseeing processes, and ensuring production goals are met. /li liParticipating in quality control and quality assurance processes, inspecting products for defects, and ensuring they meet industry standards and company specifications. /li liIdentifying opportunities for process optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction in manufacturing operations. /li liCollecting and analyzing data related to manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality. /li liLearning and applying principles of lean manufacturing to minimize waste, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity. /li liPreparing reports, work instructions, and process documentation to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices. /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ul liBe currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering; Industrial Engineering; Supply Chain (HSE, Quality, Manufacturing) or Logistics. /li liHave maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country. /li liBe fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills. /li liBe able to legally work in the country that you are applying in,
