You will be responsible to negotiate long‑term and short‑term transactions with Vendor and Subcontractors. Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods Identify, assess and evaluates suppliers and undertake performance reviews to ensure contract compliance and manage performance improvement activities Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures during supplier negotiations and contracts Explore alternate sources for goods and materials Manage the process from purchase requisition to Purchase order Contact supplier to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoices issue Manage the procurement process of multiple projects through tender process to construction and successful completion. Analysis of quotations, lead negotiations with prospective Sub‑Contractors, managing pre post tender Monitoring and reporting of procurement results against budget Managing pre-order meetings Assembling and issuing subcontract documentation. /ph3What we look for /h3ulliDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Economics or similar Bachelor and/or Master. /liliDemonstrable a minimum of 3-5 years of experience of working in a similar position. /liliAn understanding of construction, engineering processes,
