In this context, a Consultant will be engaged to provide dedicated analytical and operational support to the Lessons Learned Officer (TDY), while independently managing defined workstreams and delivering outputs with minimal supervision. The Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring the timely consolidation, analysis, and documentation of lessons learned, supporting the overall quality and coherence of outputs. Given the fast-paced and resource-constrained environment, the Consultant is expected to work autonomously, proactively manage tasks, and deliver high-quality analytical products without requiring continuous guidance. /p h3ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:



/h3 ol liIndependently conduct data review and analysis related to lessons learned exercises, including reviewing inputs from engagement sessions, surveys, and internal documentation. /li liSynthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into structured findings, identifying key patterns, risks, and opportunities. /li liIdentify possible data gaps and design data collection methods to bridge the gaps (through surveys, interviews, etc) in order to complete the findings and lessons learned. /li liDevelop draft analytical outputs (reports, summaries, briefing notes) for review by the Lessons Learned Officer. /li liPrepare high-quality written products with minimal supervision, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with WFP standards. /li liSupport the organisation and documentation of engagement activities (e.g. workshops, consultations), including note-taking and consolidation of outcomes. /li liMaintain structured repositories of inputs and findings, ensuring traceability and accessibility of information. /li liCoordinate directly with CMS focal points, workstream leads, and business units, as needed, to obtain relevant inputs. /li liOperate with a high degree of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive organisational information. /li /ol h3DELIVERABLES AT THE END OF THE CONTRACT: /h3 ul liConsolidated datasets and structured documentation of lessons learned inputs. /li liDraft lessons learned reports and analytical summaries. /li liBriefing notes and slide materials supporting senior-level discussions. /li liContributions to final lessons learned analysis and recommendations. /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: /h3 pEducation: /p ul liAdvanced university degree in organisational development, management, social sciences, international relations, or a related field. /li /ul pExperience: /p ul liDemonstrated experience in analytical or advisory roles, preferably within international organisations. /li liExperience supporting organisational change, evaluations, or lessons learned exercises is highly desirable. /li liProven ability to deliver outputs independently and with limited supervision. /li liExperience drafting high-quality reports and synthesis documents. /li /ul pKnowledge Skills: /p ul liStrong analytical and critical thinking skills. /li liAbility to structure large volumes of information into clear outputs. /li liStrong organisational skills and attention to detail. /li liAbility to work autonomously and manage competing priorities. /li liProfessional discretion and stakeholder management skills. /li /ul pLanguages: /p ul liFluency (level C) in English.
