In this role you will own accounting integrity, financial reporting, and compliance for a multinational entity within EF. You’ll collaborate with shared service centers and central finance teams across countries to ensure timely, accurate financial statements and robust controls. You will lead forecasting, liaise with auditors and tax advisors, and support business leaders to align activities with accounting and regulatory requirements. This is a high-impact, international role focused on governance, transformation, and financial enablement for fast-paced decision-making.Accountability for legal entity accounting, GL, AP/AR, intercompany, and treasury for complex multi-entity structuresEnsure completeness, accuracy, existence, and timeliness of financial records and statements in partnership with SSCsReview and explain financial results, variances, and key judgmentsLead entity-level forecasting and monitor actuals vs projectionsOwn the legal entity control environment and ensure regulatory complianceIdentify and escalat accounting, compliance, and financial risksCoordinate external audits and manage statutory and internal auditsOversee tax, VAT,



and regulatory filings including transfer pricingSupport business leaders and FP&A; in capturing activities, contracts, and transactionsDrive process excellence, continuous improvement, and control Weakness remediationCoach and manage an international team to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverablesSupport Board preparation with statutory disclosuresAssist governance and regulatory matters related to entities8+ years of accounting experience in multinational environmentsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similarProfessional accounting qualification (e.g., Dottore Commercialista, ACCA, or equivalent)Strong knowledge of Italian statutory and tax requirementsFluent in Italian and EnglishExperience with Oracle Fusion or other major ERP is an advantageOpen-minded, solution-oriented and adaptable to changeStrong analytical, organizational, and time management skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management at all levelsSelf-starter with ability to operate independentlyAbility to thrive in international and fast-paced environment
