ppbJob Description: /b /p pWe are seeking an experienced Expert Consultant with deep sustainability expertise to drive innovation and transformation in Manufacturing and Automotive sectors. /p pYou will partner with enterprise clients to design and propose comprehensive sustainability-driven digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and improve overall business outcomes. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and present strategic transformation proposals tailored to manufacturing and automotive customer requirements, with emphasis on sustainability outcomes and circular economy principles /li liLead cross-functional engagement with C-suite and operational teams to understand business challenges and translate them into digital transformation roadmaps /li liDesign and architect integration solutions across PLM, SCM, and MES platforms to optimize manufacturing processes, supply chain sustainability, and production efficiency /li liConduct sustainability assessments and create detailed business cases demonstrating ROI, carbon footprint reduction, and resource optimization /li liCollaborate with solution architects and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer success /li liBuild and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key manufacturing and automotive accounts /li liContribute to thought leadership by staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainability standards (ISO 14001, ESG reporting, etc.) /li liSupport pre-sales activities, including capability demonstrations, solution workshops,



and competitive assessments /li /ul h3We Require /h3 ul li10+ years of consulting experience in manufacturing, automotive, or related industries /li liProven expertise in PLM, SCM, and/or MES implementations and integrations /li liStrong background in sustainability, circular economy, or ESG initiatives within manufacturing operations /li liTrack record of successfully leading complex digital transformation projects with enterprise clients /li liExcellent communication skills with ability to influence and present to executive leadership /li liDeep understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, and production management /li liProject management experience and familiarity with agile or waterfall methodologies /li liBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field /li /ul h3Why Join Us /h3 pbOffer Package /b /p pThe position offers a gross annual base salary starting from €40,000. /p pCompensation is determined in line with the applicable collective labor agreement (CBA: Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro per l’industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti) and based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, including responsability, experience and skills.
