Key Responsibilities: • Assess training needs across operational departments and develop targeted learning initiatives. • Design and deliver practical training programs focused on luxury hospitality service standards. • Conduct classroom sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching. • Provide specialized training in fine dining service, wine and beverage knowledge, service sequencing, guest engagement, butler service, front office operations, and housekeeping standards. • Develop seasonal training plans and tailor learning content to operational requirements. • Work closely with department heads to ensure training objectives align with business needs. • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
