We're looking for an experienced bFreelance CTA /b to join a dynamic team supporting cutting-edge studies /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liAssist in the bmanagement and oversight /b of clinical trials across various therapeutic areas, including bophthalmology /b, bneurology /b, and brare diseases /b. /li liSupport bClinical Research Associates (CRAs) /b and bRegulatory and Start-Up Specialists (RSU) /b with study documentation, site compliance, and study performance tracking. /li liPrepare, distribute, and archive bclinical trial documentation /b in line with standard operating procedures. /li liAssist in the bpreparation and maintenance /b of clinical trial supplies, site communications, and regulatory submissions. /li liReview study files for bcompleteness and accuracy /b, ensuring compliance with study protocols and good clinical practice (GCP).



/li /ul h3What We’re Looking For: /h3 ul lib5+ years /b of experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) or similar role within bCRO /b or bpharmaceutical /b environments. /li liHands-on experience supporting bglobal clinical project teams /b and understanding of clinical trial operations. /li liStrong knowledge of bclinical trial systems /b like beTMF /b and bVeeva Vault /b (or similar). /li liA background in bophthalmology /b, bneurology /b, or brare disease studies /b is preferred but not essential. /li liAbility to work bfull-time /b on a b12-month contract /b. /li liMust be able to work bonsite in Milan /b at least b3 days per week /b. /li libFluency in English /b (B2 level or higher), with strong written and verbal communication skills. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
