In this role you will shape how marketing teams access data and accelerate insights via scalable, AI-enhanced data products. You’ll own data platform governance and collaborate with global data teams to enable high-quality data flows for analytics, activation, and channel performance. You’ll balance speed-to-market with governance, building reliable data foundations for growth initiatives. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven role in a fast-moving, global organization.

- Collect and prioritize data requirements for sources, schemas, real-time needs, integrations, and AI readiness, and communicate them to DBS and Global D&A;
- Represent Global Customer & Consumer Experience in martech/adtech tooling selection, implementation, and roadmaps to ensure data granularity and AI readiness
- Drive governance implementation with planning for platform capacity and features supporting growth and AI workloads
- Act as primary liaison between Growth CX, DBS, and Global D&A;
- Coordinate onboarding of new martech tools from evaluation to data pipeline setup and ingestion
- Oversee schema design, event tracking standards, testing, and enable data flows and AI readiness across channels
- Define and monitor data quality standards, validation, lineage, cataloguing, MDM, and access controls
- Own data governance and compliance across the martech-to-platform chain, ensuring ethical,



secure practices
- Track data metrics (completeness, freshness, latency, errors, AI readiness) and lead incident triage and continuous improvement reviews
- Align with Data Product & Data Intelligence Managers to promote guidelines and support capability-building
- Advocate for internal customers to drive adoption of data products and ensure reliable, scalable outcomes
- Deliver intuitive, reliable data products balancing speed and governance, and measure business impact with iterative improvements
- Minimum 7+ years in data engineering, platform coordination, or analytics enablement
- 3+ years leading cross-functional dependencies in matrixed organisations
- Experience with centralised data platforms and martech/adtech ecosystems
- Growth/marketing data ecosystem experience (CDPs, analytics tools, activation platforms like Adobe, Google, Salesforce)
- Hands-on data pipelines, event xysqume monitoring, and AI/ML data infrastructure
- Strong influence, negotiation, and relationship-building; leadership experience
- Extensive global exposure across markets and regulatory environments
- Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms (e.g., Fabric, BigQuery) and martech ecosystems
- Knowledge of data ingestion patterns, event schemas (JSON), integration guidelines, governance tools, lineage, and quality frameworks
- SQL proficiency and working knowledge of Python (validation, troubleshooting, non-production)
- Understanding of growth data challenges (attribution, consent, cross-device, real-time vs batch), data privacy, and AI/ML developments
