Producer - CGI Content

Role Overview

We are seeking a Producer with a proven track record in managing end-to-end CGI and interactive media productions, ensuring high-quality delivery, on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in animation, VFX, CGI trailers, immersive attractions, or Location-Based Entertainment projects, and is capable of coordinating cross-functional teams, external partners, and clients, maintaining strong client communication and driving production efficiency across complex pipelines.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the full production lifecycle of a single assigned project, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget

- Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment and clarity

- Build and maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring visibility and alignment across all involved team members

- Act as one of the main points of contact between the company and the client, providing clear and regular progress updates

- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, technical, production) to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution

- Allocate resources effectively in collaboration with department leads, balancing workloads and production priorities

- Identify production risks, blockers, and dependencies, proactively proposing solutions to ensure deadlines and quality are met

- Coordinate external vendors, freelancers, or partner studios when needed, ensuring consistency and seamless integration of outsourced work

- Support and improve production procedures and quality control processes, managing feedback cycles, revisions, and final approvals

Requirements (Must-Have)

Experience





- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager within animation, VFX, CGI production, interactive media, or Location Based Entertainment

- Proven track record managing projects from concept to completion, with strong ownership of schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination

- Experience working in a fast-paced production environment with multiple departments and tight deadlines

Industry Background

Experience in one or more of the following:

- CGI / VFX studios

- Animation studios

- Interactive media production

- Location-Based Entertainment / Immersive Attractions

- Game development or real-time production pipelines

Skills

- Fluent English (C1 level or above), written and spoken

- Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams

- Solid understanding of CGI production pipelines and workflows

- Solid understanding of interactive media production pipelines and workflows

- Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools used in CGI production and game development

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations and feedback cycles

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience coordinating external vendors, freelancers, or partner studios

- Experience in quality control processes and production procedure optimization

- Experience working on immersive attractions, LBE projects, or real-time/interactive productions

- Familiarity with budgeting and cost tracking in production environments
