The Project Manager isresponsible for managing the day to day operation of theproject, including the profitable, timely and professionalcompletion of the work.

The Project Manager reportsto the Operation Manager.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

The Project Manager has theresponsibility to:

- Provide leadership tothe Project Team.
- Produce aresponsibility matrix for the entire Project Team. Theresponsibility listing must be submitted to the OperationManager for review and approval. This listing shall includeadministrative assignments such as:

Scheduling





Works co-ordination

Subcontractor lead person assignments

Design Milestone Schedule(Programming, Concept, Schematic, Detailed design, ConstructionDocuments)

Show your expertise

Skills andKnowledge

- Ability to work wellunder pressure and in a fast-paced workingenvironment
- Speak and write fluentEnglish

Experience

- Five (5) years direct experience in project development asproject co-ordinator or PM. Experience
- Direct experience withdiverse number of construction methods in the sameapplication as those requested by the project
