JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
The candidate will be responsible for the creative development of the collection concepts (House Brand or Licences), which he develops personally or with the collaboration of junior resources.





AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

- Coordinates with the Line Planner and Product Manager for the definition of the collection briefs, develops the product families ensuring completeness and quality of the project outputs that will flow into prototyping.
- It is independent in its design, both for products aimed at production and for stylistic research and development concepts.
- Knows how to motivate and present projects, balancing design, strategic and production skills.

INTERNAL: Product Strategy, Product Managers, Prototyping, R&D;, Marketing and Brand
EXTERNAL: Licenses, Consultants, Suppliers

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:

- Educational background in fashion and design.
- Specializations in accessory design or fashion styling will be considered as a plus.
- Solid experience in in the eyewear industry or in similar sectors (fashion accessories, jewellery, luxury).
- Expertise in eyewear or in the luxury sector, high aesthetic sensibility and sense of fashion. Independence in creative research and CMF processes.
- Excellent skills in the use of Adobe suites (Illustrator, Photoshop) and 3D design and rendering programs (Rhinoceros, Autodesk, Keyshot).
- Proven interpersonal, project presentation and complexity management skills.
- English fluent.
