**Main Activities**: - Drafting and reviewing national and international contract lawyer, extraordinary transactions, litigation management
- Preparation of documentation for the Boards of Directors organization and for the the Board of Statutory Auditors meeting
- Group's internal business processes analysis
- Support the annual Audit Plan preparation
- Support for the correct performance of import/export activities of military materials and finished parts in compliance with the laws and regulations in force **Requisiti**:
