For a client company, based in Rome, we are currently looking for an IT Service Support EMEA.
**Responsibilities** Day to day IT support of team members across EMEA region.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of all systems and services relevant to EMEA team members.
- Support in planning, execution, and management of IT projects with specific deadlines.
- Implementation of Corporate, Regional, and Country IT initiatives.
- Oversight of projects to ensure they are implemented on time and within budget.
- Relationship management with key IT vendors. **Your Profile** Key attributes and experience required for this role: - Minimum 4 years corporate IT experience, preferably in professional services
- Previous experience managing cloud-based IT services within a global environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and business analysis skills
- Proven ability to administrate Office 365, Azure platforms and Meraki products (Azure Certification preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, implementing projects
- Bachelor’s degree in technology management
