**German Speaking Call Center Agent** **40 hours per week, Monday-Friday** **Rome, hybrid** **Are you an automotive fan? Do you speak German and enjoy providing the best solutions for customers? MSXI has the job for you!** MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic German Speaking Call Center Agent to join our team in Rome. **The Role**
- Answering customers inquires via ticket system or phone calls
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and manage follow-ups **About you** We would love to welcome a new colleague passionate about the automotive field, oriented to teamwork and taking the good dose of initiative to achieve results. Our ideal French Speaking Call Center Agent has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communication or similar, as well as: - Computer literacy, especially MS Office
- Fluent level of Italian,English and German (Dutch is a huge plus)
- Previous experience in contact with customers is a plus
- Great problem-solving and communication skills
