The searches will concern areas such as: IT, R&D;, Marketing, Operations, Service (both for Italian and foreign branches). **Requirements**: - Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language (spoken and written) - _our selection process includes a telephone language check in English before the interview;_
- Degree (in humanities or economics) with strong motivation and sensitivity to HR issues;
- At least 1/2 years of experience in the field of research and selection;
- Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and result-orientation;
- Proactivity,
