- **LinkedIn & HR Projects**: Running recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn in coordination with Air Dolomiti departments.
- **Web Listening & Analytics**: Utilizing social media analytics and monitoring tools to assess engagement and identify areas for improvement.
- **Community Coordination**: Collaborating with specific community groups (Cabin Crew, Pilots, Spotters) to foster strong relationships.
- **Content Creation**: Supporting photo and video shooting
- **Collaboration with Partners**:



Working with external and Group team partners to execute social projects and contribute to community impact.
- **Event Coordination**: Leading and supporting team events organized by the ENergy team, fostering team spirit and company culture. **Key Requirements & Competencies**
- Strong project management skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Passion for marketing and communication tools, with a focus on social media.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with monitoring and social media analytics tools.
- A strong understanding of community building and engagement.
- A highly motivated individual, structured and organized, excellent at working and delivering against deadlines.
