**Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist**:
Within the People Office area of the CPEO (Chief People Office) department of Europ Assistance's Mediterranean region (Italy, Spain and Portugal), we are looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist who will fully manage assigned recruitment processes, ensure effective onboarding and offboarding processes and support in employer branding related activities.
What will you be responsible for?
**Hiring Process Support**: Manage the submission and recounting of pre-employment documents, perform verifications required by company policy, and produce documentation needed by the people administration function.
**Onboarding & Offboarding**: ensure the onboarding and offboarding path for all incoming and outgoing people, following/improving existing processes to promote an effective employee experience
**Employer Branding**: Representing the company in a positive and professional way to attract top talent through support in internal and external communication projects, recruitment campaigns,



collaborations with institutions and universities for career fairs.
**Data Analysis**: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the effectiveness of the selection process.
**You are the person we are looking for if**:
You have between 1 and 2 years of experience in recruitment in employment agencies or structured companies with a focus on customer care/operations selections
You have a bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology or humanistic studies - master's degree in HR is nice to have
Excellent organizational and team working skills
You know how to achieve results and consider yourself a determined and structured person
Using the English language is not a problem (at least level B2)
Good knowledge of excel
