We are currently looking for an _intern_ to join our **Global Market Insight Sales team** based in Milan. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and within the _Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry_. The intern will support the sales team in various activities, including **client engagement**, **sales support** and **analytical activities**. Under supervision of senior members of the team, the intern will: - Support the sales team in preparing **sales presentations, proposals**and **marketing materials**.
- Monitor and track sales opportunities and services currently in place for a specific portfolio of clients, ensuring their continuity in terms of contract subscription, customer engagement (with the support of client service team), propose new business to current customers and serving as their main point of contact
- Establish a **close relationship and collaboration with customers assigned**, ensuring clear and updated communications




- Conduct** market research**with the aim to monitor prospect customers for business development purposes (in preparation for international events)
- Collaborate and participate in meetings with internal teams (local and global) as point of contact for Italian market
- Keep up to date internal databases (leveraging Salesforce CRM tool)
- Assist in organizing and attending sales meetings, conferences, and events **Qualifications**: - MSc degree in Business / Management / Economics / Humanities with a strong interest in Sales roles
- Interest in gaining knowledge on Pharma market trends
- ** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**: - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (knowledge of working with CRM tool will be considered a plus)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
