- The Technology Transfer Directorate is coordinated by Lorenzo De Michieli, who has extensive experience in Intellectual Property, licensing, start-up, and technology transfer._ Your main responsibilities will be: - Prior art searches to assess the patentability of IIT’s technologies
- Support to the assessment of the economic value of the of IIT’s IP assets
- Support to the design of strategies for the protection and exploitation of IIT’s Intellectual Property **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**
- A Master’s degree in Medical Science, Pharmaceutical Chemistry or related fields.
- Fluent command of spoken and written Italian and English
- Proficiency with the main IT software packages, including Word and Excel
- Team player with highly organized time management and problem-solving skills to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to quality work product and organizational ethics, integrity and compliance **ADDITIONAL SKILLS**
- Experience in nanoparticles and DNA/RNA technologies is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a challenging and international environment
- Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary environment
- Possess analytical reasoning skills and a growth mindset **COMPENSATION PACKAGE**
- A yearly gross salary ranging between 26.000 and 31.000, which may include a premio option depending on your role and contract
