**Tour Destination Manager** Cadent Sourcing has partnered with a well established provider of guided tours of attractions all over Europe. They are one of the continents leading providers, with a reputation for quality. They are seeking a **Tour Destination Manager** to engage with existing and new Tour Attraction in Rome and Vatican City. This is a senior role in the company’s biggest destinations.. **Required**: - 4-5 years experience in Tour Destiation Management for Rome and/or Vatican City based attractions
- Proven Skills in Influencing and relationship building.
- Strong Negotiating skills.
- Target Driven and able to report upwards on activity.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills. **Duties**: - Extend Partnerships with existing Tour Attraction, in order to expand the business.
- Ensure Tour performance.
- Provide feedback to Tour Guide leadership and Guide Scheduling Teams, to ensure Tours are delivered to the highest standard.
- Oversee Tour Development INDLP **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: €3,750.00 - €5,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
