We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our inbound Claims contact center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer high-volume inbound calls, capturing detailed information for newly reported claims, answering questions on claims previously reported, and addressing inquiries related to settlement, status, and pending documentation. **Responsibilities**: - Answer high-volume inbound calls in a fast-paced environment

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
