- You will take care of the system’s performance monitoring by measuring selected KPIs.
- You will take care of new eventually customers’ need, giving your direct support, in cooperation with our salespeople or activating internal support channels. **Your expertise**: - Master’s degree in biology / biomedical laboratory techniques or equivalent
- 1-5 years of experience in similar roles
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to communicate complex technical / clinical content in an easy-to-understand manner




- Dynamic and proactive with personal initiative to reach the targets with problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent English in both written and oral communication
- Residency in Lombardia/Piemonte
- Curiosity and continuous openness to learn, flexibility and availability also to move into the region assigned
- Able to work independently, as well as an effective team player and respectful of diversity
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package (PowerPoint, Excel etc.) Who we are:
