Job Description We are currently seeking a motivated Design Studio Coordination Intern to join our dynamic design team. As an intern you will play a crucial role in supporting the operation of our design studio by assisting the two Studio Coordinators with various administrative and coordination tasks. If you are a very organized person willing to work in a creative environment, with a deep passion for design, a strong desire to grow in a fast-paced organization, this will be an exciting opportunity for you! We will make sure you gain hands-on experience in the world of design while working closely with talented professionals.
- How you will contribute_
- Assist the Studio Coordinators in scheduling design meetings, coordinating appointments and managing the studio calendar.
- Support the planning and execution of design-related events (collection fittings, show preparation, lookbook shootings, etc )
- Perform general administrative duties such as assisting in travel arrangements, expenses tracking, time management,



office stationery orders, catering booking, and other administrative activities
- Who you are_
- Student/Graduate with a BA/MA in Product Management, Fashion Communication. Fashion Design or Other disciplines connected to Design and Project Management.
- Strong Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Detail-oriented, dynamic, and proactive.
- Teamwork and good relational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Package (Excel & Power Point).
- Fluent in Italian and English. It is a 6-month-internship starting ASAP
