**Research Assistant - Political Economy of Climate Policy**

- Supporting the team in designing and analyzing general population surveys
- Supporting the team in designing and collecting data for elite and stakeholder surveys
- Supporting the team’s work on systematic reviews of the climate policy literature
- Supporting the team’s computational text analysis work **REQUIREMENTS**
- Master Degree in economics, political science, or any related fields.
- Strong quantitative and econometric background
- Fluency in programming languages such as R, python, and STATA.
- Familiarity with survey design, data collection, and analysis
- Familiarity with Qualtrics
- Fluency in English, good presentation and writing skills
- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and diverse environment committed to high-quality research. **DURATION, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**
- The position will be based in **Milan** CMCC office.
- The appointment period will be for 4/5 months.
- Contract and gross salary will be based on qualifications and working experience and competitive with major research centers in Europe.
- Tax benefits for individuals relocating to Italy: Individuals of any nationality who move their residence to Italy may be eligible for substantial income tax reductions under the “Rientro dei Cervelli” (Return of Brains) scheme, available for up to five years.
