**Schedule**: 3-5 nights per week (flexible), approx. 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
**Compensation**: Competitive, based on experience **Responsibilities**:
Provide attentive, loving care for two newborns during overnight hours
Handle diaper changes, feedings, burping, and soothing
Assist with establishing healthy sleep habits and nighttime routines
Keep a log of feedings, sleep, and any concerns
Light baby-related housekeeping (e.g., bottle prep/cleaning, laundry if needed)
Offer guidance to new parents, particularly related to twins and postpartum care **Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a Night Nanny or Newborn Care Specialist
Experience caring for twins or multiples is strongly preferred
Infant CPR and First Aid certified
Excellent references
Speaks English
Gentle and respectful approach to infant care and family preferences
