**Job ID**: - 15743 KWS Italia S.p.A. is seeking a **Station Manager** for our breeding station in **Monselice**. This strategic role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and actively contribute to developing innovative solutions for future agricultural challenges. **Key Responsibilities**
- Overall management of activities at Monselice and Campiglia stations
- Coordination and supervision of assigned projects and activities
- Promote team efficiency through cooperative leadership
- Timely and high-quality implementation of tasks within budget
- Focus on technical solutions for challenges like climate change, mechanization, digitalization
- Talent development within the team
- Manage interfaces with internal and external stakeholders **Operational Tasks**
- Planning station activities
- Support budget planning, investments, and staffing
- Coordinate with other Station Managers
- Supervise Team Leaders
- Prepare and submit documentation to agricultural authorities
- Manage farmer contracts and administrative processes




- Create and update work instructions and protocols
- Technical and disciplinary team supervision
- Organize annual ESDs and training activities
- Ensure compliance with work and safety regulations
- Represent the station externally and in seminars **Required Skills**: - University **degree in Agronomy, Plant Breeding or equivalent experience**: - Minimum **5 years** of relevant professional and leadership experience
- Strong understanding of station activities and biotic/abiotic parameters
- Experience in R&D-driven; companies with divisional structures
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Advanced knowledge in plant breeding, field trials, and technologies
- Empathic leadership, integration skills, and change management
