- Monitor quality of work, ensuring compliance with standards and technical specifications.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to the Construction Manager.
- Review technical documents such as electrical drawings, method statements, and other project documentation.
- Conduct inspections, support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, and manage punch list closure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Manage materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability of resources. **Requirements**: - Technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering)



with several years of relevant experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems, including applicable codes and standards.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and manage conflicts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with contractors, team members, and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and make sound decisions.
