**Onboarding Specialist**:
We are currently looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join the Travel Office within the Commercial Office Italy (CCO).
Reporting directly to the Onboarding Manager Travel, this role will support sales activities and manage all processes related to the onboarding of new clients.
**What You’ll Do**:
Ensure coordination with various company divisions for the implementation and daily management of group contracts and policies.
Provide support for commercial and administrative activities related to our travel products.
Act as a point of reference for intermediaries, managing the operational aspects of product administration.
Contribute to strategic projects focused on improving sales processes and product monitoring.
Collaborate with the Travel Marketing division to create sales support materials.
What We’re Looking For




You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
You have a strong digital mindset and a natural inclination toward IT solutions.
You embrace a customer-centric approach.
Good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
This role is ideal if
You have up to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in the travel sector.
You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team.
You are well-organized and able to manage your time effectively.
