We are looking for a** HR Generalist Jr** to be inserted in our HR function in Piombino Dese, reporting to the**HRBP Manager. **Key responsabilities**: - Understand the needs of the business (in the different areas), including medium-long term necessities, identifying the best recruiting strategy according to the HRBP guidelines
- Create onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures and regulations
- Intermediation in the phase of presentation of the contractual aspects according to HRBP guidelines
- Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers all employee-relations matters
- Provide monthly report to the HR function and management (if required). Provide regular updates to management, sharing insight on the market reality




- Ensure the respect of the budget for the assigned recruiting processes **Qualifications**
- Education: Master Degree
- Experience: 2+ Years’ experience with full life cycle recruiting
- Experience with MS office
- Fluent in English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
